I have ROOT, but my balance in the staking dashboard shows zero. What do I do?

If you are experiencing this issue, it is likely because your ROOT is either in your EOA, or on the Ethereum network. Please ensure your ROOT tokens are in your FuturePass address on The Root Network in order to stake.

If your ROOT is in your EOA on The Root Network, please send it to your FuturePass address.

If your ROOT is on the Ethereum network, you can bridge it by following this guide.

⚠️ Ensure you follow the correct steps in the guide above to bridge your tokens between networks. Sending tokens, rather than bridging between wallets on different networks may result in permanent loss of tokens.
